  - You will be automatically in for the application when you buy the products. If you order separately under different order numbers, the orders will be summed up only if the applicant’s name and birth date are the same. 

- You must write your name, birthdate, and phone number etc. on the compulsory field to purchase. (Ex: Nemo Kim, 23.01.01, 010-1234-5678) This information will only be used to crosscheck the winner list.

 - Concurrent entries are possible for the video call fan signing event, and you can enter and win in both

[COVID-19 Prevention Measures Guidance] 

- All audience members are encouraged to wear masks and use hand sanitizers

: Although wearing masks is no longer mandatory, we ask you to wear them due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19 and for the health of all participants.

- Implementing social distancing between seats

: The event will proceed without a transparent barrier between artists and fans, but physical contact with the artist is not allowed for COVID-19 prevention.

: To prevent the spread of COVID-19, empty seats will be placed between winner seats to maintain social distancing.

[Application Information]
 - The product you have purchased to apply to the event cannot be canceled or refunded on and after the deadline. Please refer to this information while applying to the event. 

- The event product cannot be withdrawn. Minors must apply after obtaining consent from their legal representatives. (Applicable to persons born after 2004)

- You cannot change the personal information after the winner list is announced, by any means. Please double-check your personal information when you apply. (In the case of foreigners, please write down the phone number valid for contact.) 

- Transferring or selling winning tickets is strictly prohibited, and only the winners themselves can participate. If someone is caught participating in the fan signing event using someone else's name, they will be immediately removed from the event. Both the person transferring and the recipient may be excluded from participating in all events of the artist.

- The albums bought for the applications will be delivered orderly after the event ends. 

- This event may be subject to some changes, cancellations, or member’s absence depending on the circumstances of the host or entertainment company.

- Personal information will be collected to check the duplicate winners and proceed with the event smoothly.

[Caution]
 - This event is held offline. Please apply only if you can attend.

- Individual notifications will be sent to the winners.

- Identity verification for the winners will be conducted on the day of the event. Winners are required to bring their actual ID card, and acceptable forms of ID are as follows:

1. Korean minors: School ID (elementary, middle, high school) showing the date of birth, passport, nationally recognized certificate

2. Korean adults: National ID card, driver's license, passport

3. All foreigners: Passport, foreign residence card 

*All winners, except Korean minors, cannot use student IDs (including university) for identity verification. 

*Only IDs with valid expiration dates will be accepted. 

- Entry to the event is not possible if the physical ID is not presented or if the name on the ID differs from the entrant's name. 

(Foreigners in English as on the passport or foreign residence card.) 

- Please arrive 30 minutes before the event starts; late arrivals may restrict participation. Note that mid-entry or changing participation time might be difficult due to on-site circumstances.

 - To maintain order in the signing venue, exit is restricted from 30 minutes after the start time and 30 minutes before the end time. If you are using the restroom, please be sure to use it before the autograph session.

- The event will proceed in the order drawn on-site. Failure to participate in your turn or not following the staff's instructions may result in not receiving an autograph.

- Only the winner can participate.

- Autographs will be given on the sign paper. Therefore, autographs on photocards, CDs, or other personal items brought in are not allowed.

- No gifts other than letters for the artist are accepted, but letters can be handed over through on-site staff.

- During the fan signing event, delivery of headbands, hats, accessories, etc., is possible through staff, but please understand that the props prepared may not be used depending on the situation. Props can be retrieved upon exit after the fan signing event, and unclaimed props may be discarded.

- Fresh flowers cannot be delivered.

- From the waiting line of the autograph, possession of mobile phones, cameras, recording devices, etc., is not allowed; and photography or audio recording is strictly prohibited while waiting and during the signing. If caught, data will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave.

- Excessive language or behavior such as a tall order, profanity, or humility remarks towards the artist may result in intervention by the staff.

- Live broadcasting on social media during the signing event will result in being asked to leave.

- For smooth operation, please participate in the fan signing event according to your assigned seat number. Setting up cameras (tripods) or leaving personal belongings in places other than your seat is not allowed. Non-compliance with staff instructions on this matter may lead to sanctions or being asked to leave.

- Even in cases not specified above, for the smooth running of the event, if any action is deemed disruptive to the proceedings beyond the announced guidelines, staff intervention may occur, and recording/evidence may be collected.
